Here's instructions for how to bake your pastries!

  • Directions:

    1. Pull Pastries out of the freezer and place them on a parchment lined baking tray while oven is preheating.

    2. Once thawed, brush or spray with egg wash. Sprinkle sugar or desired decoration on top of the pastries.

    3. Bake for 15-20 minutes(Double for Turnovers and Pockets) at 400°F in a convection oven, or until golden brown. Rotate after 10 minutes.(For Turnovers and Pockets, reduce temperature to 350°F after rotating)
